1. Visiting hours for parents are from 10 am to 7 pm.
2. Residents are fully responsible for any damage within the premises of their room, and fines will be imposed accordingly.
3. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
4. The In and Out time of hostel is 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM for students and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM for working women respectively which should be punched or entered in an In and Out register duly. Negligence against it can result to serve fine or suspension.
5. Students have to carry hostel identity card provided by the hostel with them and produce the same as on demand.
6. Only mothers and real sisters are allowed to enter the hotel room for a period of not exceeding more than 15 minutes at a time. Other blood relations can meet them in the visitor’s room.
7. Prior communication via written text and a video call from either parent's registered mobile number is mandatory before leaving for, and upon returning from, a night out.
8. Written declaration by parents and coaching institute is required for late permission of classes which can be extended only till 9:30 PM.
9. Visitors hours are form 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
10. Only authorized male visitors are allowed in the campus.
11. Residents are not supposed to be dropped or picked by any of their male friends.
12. Students should maintain the decorum of the hostel by dressing up in an appropriate manner, especially in the common place.
13. A fine will be charged on the loss of keys provided to the students.
14. It is mandatory for every student to attend the daily evening prayer session which will held at hostel temple.
15. Students have to park their vehicle in a synchronized and disciplined way.
16. Intoxicated behavior is strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate suspension, along with a Rs. 5000 penalty.
17. A Rs. 2000 deduction will be applied from the paid fee upon student-initiated admission cancellation.
18. Revealing attire, including short pants, crop tops, or dresses above the knee, is not permitted on campus. Please ensure appropriate attire before leaving campus premises if wearing such attire outside.

1. Intoxication of any kind is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate suspension.
2. Vigour and verve only provides vegetarian food. Eating non-veg food inside the campus is strictly prohibited.
3. Mess is compulsory for every student.
4. Food will be served in the mess only.
5. Mess will be off on every 2nd & 4th Saturday at dinner time.
6. Residents will not be allowed to take food and utensils to their room.
7. Leavig food and their plates on the table without cleaning up is considered as an offence.
8. Students are not allowed to use the mess refrigerator for any personal use.
9. Students who are taking breakfast and lunch in mess are not supposed to take Tiffin.
10. Information regarding Tiffin has to be given in written in tiffin register along with timings and number of chapattis.

Mess Timings

• Breakfast: 7:30 to 9:30AM
• Lunch: 12:00 to 2:45PM
• Tea Time: 4:00 to 5:00PM
• Dinner: 7:00 to 9:30PM

1. Rooms duly allotted to a resident cannot be changed without prior approval of the warden.
2. Residents must keep their room’s bathroom and surrounding clean and tidy. Littering hostel campus will be considered as a gross of indiscipline.
3. Residents will be accountable for defacing or disfiguring the wall of the room.
4. No resident is allowed to keep any guest or visitor in her room.
5. The student themselves is responsible for any loss of her belongings she can’t claim any staff or co-occupants without proof.
6. Use of electrical appliances : laptop or computer is strictly prohibited. One can use music system at low volume after getting consent from fellow resident.
7. Residents are supposed to switch off lights and fans before leaving the room. Contrary to which they will be severely penalized.
8. The residents are not allowed to leave the room after 10:30PM.
9. On found absent during roll call, the student will be severely penalized.
10. No students shall carry any activity which may cause annoyance to the roommates.

1. The student has to deposits fees in the stipulated time period.
2. The fees will be only accepted through bank, no cash payment is allowed.
3. The fees of 3 months shall be paid together.
4. Last date for fees payment is 5th of the month.
5. From 5th onwards late fees will be charged lastly till 10th of the month.
6. Nonpayment of fees after 10th can lead to suspension.
7. Security deposit or extra fees amount will only be refunded after showing receipt. In case of loss of receipt, Rs.1000 will be deducted.
8. Once living intimation filled of student will be only granted after paying Rs.500 penalty.
9. In & Out time should be properly mentioned in the guard Register. On violation Rs.200/- will be charged.
10. Declaration form should be filled 1 month before from the date of leaving hostel, otherwise delay charges per day will be charged .
11. Fees for first 3months is non-refundable.
12. The hostel is not responsible if students are leaving their vehicle outside the building. If found Rs 200/-will be penalized.
